THE BELLIVEAU FAMILY - DIEPPE

Working with Caro was such a great experience! We're introverts who are usually very awkward in front of a camera, but the beauty with Caro's approach is that it truly just feels like a fun hangout. She put us at ease with her chill presence and got our cranky 5 year old behind the camera with her to ease some tension. I was sure I had a good idea of the shots she took of us, but I was blown away when I saw the photos. She has such an eye for moments, for the littlest things that we don't take enough time to appreciate in our day-to-day but that are the essence of our family life, like little feet, stolen looks, the sweet touch of chubby fingers, belly laughs, cranky stares, and everything in between. These pictures capture us in a real authentic way during this precious slice of our life. I find it very touching to have been seen and witnessed in this way, and I feel very grateful to have these memories of us to look back at. Thank you, Caro!

THE SHEPPARD FAMILY - PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

My heart could burst. How did you manage to find time to capture so much magic in such a short time?!? Seeing us in our favourite space and the kids with their favourite things, captured with such softness and relaxation makes me so happy. I currently have tears running down my face. These photos are some of the best gifts I have ever received. And seeing me in them makes my heart sing! Sometimes I worry that when my kids grow up and look back at their photos they’ll only see themselves and that I’ll be absent from all the special places and moments. With these, I feel seen.

THE wieringa FAMILY - GRAND BARACHOIS

This is the third time we have had Caro out to our cottage to do family photos, and we are once again so happy that we did. Those who know me well, know that I am a control freak perfectionist who is wound pretty tight. I was so relaxed and chiil about our session yesterday, Nathan was funny and relaxed, Wicket and JW were their usual silly outgoing selves. We had so much fun. She is so sweet and incredibly good at what she does ... I highly recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful and candid photos. I believe that if you find something great, you should share it. Caro is exceptionally talented and is making the world a more beautiful place, one photo at a time!

Where do I begin? Aside from the obvious, which is that Caroline is an amazingly talented photographer, she is also such a kind and chill person. We hired Caroline to for family photos at our home, in all the mess, the chaos, the laughter and cries that make up a family with small children. I can not express the overwhelming feelings of love and joy when I look back on these photos. It is the true representation of a moment in time with all of its rawness, which we can now cherish forever. We felt safe in opening up our home and life to her and she blended so well in the background. Caroline has the gift to capture the emotions you feel in your heart, onto a photograph, and for that we are forever grateful.

Caro! We are so thrilled with the memories you've captured for us. We'll look back on these photos and be able to remember exactly what a typical day was that summer when the girls had just turned 1 and 3. Small little things like Charlie's crazy attachment to that sundress and how Olive's favourite place to play was under the kitchen table. The images are so precious to us because those are exactly the little things that we are likely to forget. Having you document all those little things in our everyday- from breakfast to bedtime- will be something we will cherish forever. Thank you. This is not your typical photoshoot!!! Caroline is such a cool and chill photographer and human. I hired her for some branding photos and it was the best decision to elevate my business. It was important to me that the photos were a true reflection of who I am as a person and a business owner. Caro made sure to ask all the right questions in order to get to know who I was, what my messaging and values were, and also, what type of style I liked. She chose the best locations for the photos and suggested different outfits and vibes that could compliment the theme of the shoot. From lying down on the pavement, she did everything she could to get the shots she wanted. Most importantly, she made me feel so safe and comfortable in front of the camera and the photos truly reflect this feeling. I’m in love with the final product!

We hired Caro to photograph our new location so we could update our website and have professional images to use as content. We were blown away with how well she captured everything.
